LA Fitness Mechanical System Redesign
This report contains a full mechanical system analysis for a 45,000 sf exercise facility in Houston, TX. The goal of this project was to select the best system to serve the cooling and hot water loads for the building. Each alternative presented was critically evaluated on three criteria to determine what the "best design" for the site would be. The three criteria used for selection are low energy consumption, low environmental impact, and economic feasibility.
