Thesis Abstract
The Benner Pike Shops is the project is located on Benner Pike
near Walmart and Nittany Mall. The building is consisted of numerous shops
of different sizes, which include Ross Dress for Less, Bed Beth & Beyond,
and Fashion Bug. The project was performed by Leonard S. Fiore general contractor
company with developer Keystone Hospitality Group. Each shop contains its
own mechanical and electrical system integated to serve each shop seperately.
