Karen Schulte is currently a fifth year student in the Architectural Engineering program at The Pennsylvania State University. Karen will be graduating in May 2006 with a Bachelor's of Architectural Engineering, with emphasis on mechanical system design. This past summer, Karen interned at Mueller Associates in Baltimore, Maryland. As an intern, Karen worked on designing mechanical systems for various higher education facilities. At Penn State, Karen serves as a student representative for the department of Architectural Engineering, a member of the student chapter of ASHRAE and a member of the Architectural Engineering Honor Society, Phi Alpha Epsilon. In her free time, Karen enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee. For the last three years, she has captained the Penn State Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club Team.
