Thesis Abstract

 

Executive Summary

The Geisinger Center for Health Research and Rural Advocacy (CHRRA) is a 63,000 sq ft office center located on the Geisinger Health System Campus in Danville, Pa. The $18.5M building is currently in construction and is scheduled to be completed in February 2007. The project team includes owner Geisinger Health System, architects/engineers Ewing Cole, and the civil engineer Borton Lawson. Geisinger's facilities administration handled the construction management for this project. CHRRA is a sustainable building slated for LEED silver certification.
