Description.

Technical Assignment 1

Technical Assignment 1 contains two documents. The first highlighting the existing conditions with an executive summary, project schedule summary, building systems description, and project cost evaluation. The second part of Technical Assignment 1 includes a site plan of existing conditions, local conditions, client information, project delivery system, and finally a staffing plan.

Technical Assignment 2

Technical Assignment 2 describes the schedule of the project broken down by trade, vizualizes the structure erection process, and gives an assemblies estimate of the building skin and a detailed estimate of the structure of the building. Also outlined in this assignment is a breakdown of the general conditions costs for the Warrenton Aquatic and Recreation Center. An appendix is included with a chronological schedule and also detailed takeoffs of the estimates for your reference.

Technical Assignment 3

Technical Assignment 3 is used to identify areas of the project that can be redesigned to improve cost, schedule, quality, and constructability as well as to research issues that face the industry. To do this, the following sections were employed: Critical Industry Issues, Critical Issues Research Method, Problem Identification, and Technical Analysis Methods.
