Existing Conditions Report

Technical Assignment 1

Technical Assignment 1 and the Existing Conditions Report together include the following:
project summary schedule, building systems summary, project cost evaluation,
site plan of existing conditions, local conditions, client information, project delivery system,
and staffing plan. These two reports are to help familirize the audience to the existing construction conditions, the project delivery details, as well as information about the client of the building.

Technical Assignment 2

Technical Assignment #2 consists of a detailed project schedule, a site logistics plan for the steel erection phase of construction, an assemblies estimate for plumbing fixtures and fire protection system, a detailed structural system estimate, and a general conditions estimate.  The attached document will help to analyze the key features of the Canton Crossing Tower that affected the projects execution.

Technical Assignment 3

Technical Assignment #3 consists of Critical Industry Issues, Critical Issues Research Method, Problem Identification, and Technical Analysis Methods.  The following document is intended to give the audience an initial look at the issues that I will be researching for my Thesis Proposal.  From this document the audience will understand the background behind my proposal, as well as the methods I used to research and analyze the issues.
