Final Report

The final report summarizes everything that was researched and designed in the last year for Vickroy Hall. It starts with general building information, including the building systems such as MEP and structural. It then goes on to summarize the proposal for the redesign of the structural system. In this case, the alternative structural system chosen was that of load bearing masonry walls with hollow core precast planks as the floor system. The new structural system was designed, paying attention to the criterions set in the proposal. Finally, two breadth topics were analyzed. The first was the redesign of the lighting in a ground floor lounge. The second breadth topic was a detailed schedule analysis of the structural system construction time.
