Thesis Abstract

Executive Summary

901 New York Avenue's many unique features, including changing grades up to 8 feet from one corner of the building to the other, a traingular shape, glass curtain walls and cast stoen facade, underground parking garage, and a 3-story atrium entrance are what make it such a unique building. With over 580,000 square feet of floor space, 11.67' high floor-to-floor spacing, and 11 stories, 901 New York Avenue also benefits from being directly across from the Convention Center and only a few block away from the MCI Center Arena.
