Technical Assignments
This portion of my Fall Thesis is intended to help familiarize myself with the conditions under which my building is constructed and the scope of work. This background information provided me with knowledge of the opportunities and constraints that affect the design and construction process.
This section of my thesis allowed me to analyze the key features of the project that affect project execution. I was able to determine important schedule attributes and the costs of a key building system
This section of my investigation allowed me to begin identifiying areas of the project that can be considered good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression. These will form the basis for my final thesis proposal.
