Welcome to Eric Yanovich's Architectural Engineering
Biographical Sketch
Eric graduated
from Penn Trafford High School in 2001. Since then he has spent 5 years
in the structural option of the Architectural Engineering program at
The Pennsylvania State University. Eric attended Penn State McKeesport
for his first of study, and then moved to University Park at the commencement
of his second year.
Eric is currently
enrolled in his 10th semester of the 5 year ABET accredited Architectural
Engineering program at Penn State and is also been accepted into the
integrated masters program which will conclude with graduation in both
degrees in December 2006.
Through his course
work at the university Eric has developed a strong background in steel,
concrete, and wood design principals. He has not only developed structural
analysis proficiency but has also implemented his computer knowledge
to further explore the major professionally in his course work.
Eric is currently
employed at the university as a consultant for AE senior thesis web
development team and has developed the web templates used for the student
CPEPs. He also spent the summer of 2005 working in Chicago for the American
Institute of Steel Construction. The AISC is currently employing Eric
to finish components for the 13th Edition of Steel Construction due
to be published in December 2005.
