The Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences is a LEED Platinum project that involves a number of unique systems. Included among these are photovoltaics, a microturbine cogeneration unit, radiant floor and ceiling panels, induction ventilation and displacement ventilation. High prioprity was placed on design innovation and energy efficient design.
