Reflection

ABET Outcome Survey

The Pennsylvania State University Department of Architectural Engineering provides a strong basic foundation in building systems through the Senior Thesis.  Information learned in all preliminary courses is brought together in this final project.  For me I learned about design topics not necessarily taught in the classroom through personal motivation and research conducted throughout the Spring semester.  It is through my personal determination to find helpful resources to complete a successful thesis project.  By utilizing my personal qualities of motivation and determination, I was able to gain great knowledge of building systems, especially mechanical, through literature and the help of the faculty and my classmates.  No matter the outcome, hard work throughout the semester allowed for a successful learning experience.
