Purpose:
Dominion’s Diversity Scholarship program offers students the opportunity to put book knowledge to real life workplace needs at one of the nation's largest producers and transporters of energy. This program assists eligible students in achieving their fullest potential by providing a $5000 scholarship and a 10-12 week paid summer internship.
Eligibility:
All applicants must be enrolled/registered as a full-time student for the current academic year at an accredited 4-year college or university.
At the time of applying, applicants must be a college freshman, sophomore or junior.
Acceptance of a scholarship requires the applicant commit to a paid 10-12 week intern work session during the summer.
Work session contingent on satisfactory completion of normal pre-employment requirements. Scholarship awards are subject to: a) satisfactory completion of the summer work session, and b) receipt of the applicant's final transcripts, which must include the fall semester.
