Virtual 101 session

Education Abroad will host a virtual 101 session via Zoom webinar on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. (EST). All students from any Penn State campus are welcome and encouraged to join. The session will begin with a 20-minute presentation on applying to study abroad at Penn State. Immediately following the presentation will be a 10-minute Q&A session. 

Topics covered include:

• Choosing a program
• Navigating our website
• Costs, funding, and scholarships
• Academic requirements

This event is primarily designed for students who couldn't attend the University Park Education Abroad Fair but are interested in learning more about Penn State study abroad options prior to upcoming application deadlines. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share this opportunity with your student networks via the attached PowerPoint slide. 

One student who attends will receive a $500 scholarship toward any Penn State-approved education abroad program during any term.
